NCAccess and cant get into aion

Need help. I cant get into aion says the update server is busy, so i tried uninstaling aion and now i cant install unless i allow a program called NCAccess to run. Hopefully someone will be able to respond to this soon otherwise i cant play till then.

NCAccess is a file in my Launcher folder so I would say it's ok. Just my opinion though
